He has supported organizations across Africa to strengthen governance systems, improve financial performance, manage donor-funded programs, build institutional capacity and implement sustainable growth strategies. Having worked with leading international organizations and major development partners, Stephen combines strategic insight with practical implementation experience to help clients build resilient, accountable and high-performing institutions.
